Abolone Shell Titanium Gold Meridian Pen
This pen is made from the inner shell of the pearl bearing Abolone which is crushed into a fine layer, then wrapped around a brass tube. This is then sealed in a clear block of resin. The block, or blank, is turned and polished until crystal clear. This creates a magnified image of the Abolone shell that glistens in the light. Very difficult to photograph; the pictures just don't do it justice.
